Every figure comes from public Collier County building-permit records. We counted roofing and reroof permits residential and commercial issued between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2026, and ranked contractors by the number of permits issued. Contractors are grouped by company, so a business holding several licenses appears once with its combined volume.
Permit counts measure permits issued, not projects completed. Declared values are self-reported by the permit applicant and reflect stated project value, not final contract price. This ranking measures market activity, not quality or endorsement it is a starting point for research, best used alongside reviews, license verification, and insurance confirmation. The data covers Collier County permits and does not include separately-permitted City of Naples work.
